I thought these Funfetti Cheesecake Bars would be perfect to celebrate her birthday with. Because everyone loves Funfetti cake and everyone loves cheesecake, right?

Ingredients
- 1 (15.25-ounce) box rainbow chip or Funfetti cake mix
- 1 (15.6-ounce) container rainbow chip or Funfetti Frosting
- 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine the cake mix, butter, and 1 egg in a large bowl. Mix until it forms a crumbly dough. Press the crust into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, add the cream cheese, frosting, and the remaining 2 eggs. Using an electric hand mixer, beat together until creamy. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter crust.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the pan.
- Cut into squares, top with a dollop of whipped cream if desired, and serve!
