Description

The Funfetti Easter M & M Cookies recipe starts with boxed funfetti cake mix combined with vegetable oil and eggs to create a soft cookie dough. The addition of Easter-themed sprinkles and generous amounts of M&M's candy gives the cookies a distinctive colorful and crunchy contrast within a tender, cake-like base. The dough can be shaped into small balls and baked just long enough to achieve slightly golden edges, maintaining a soft center.

The cookies offer a balance between the sweet vanilla-flavored cake mix and the chocolate candy pieces, with the sprinkles contributing a festive, decorative touch suitable for Easter or other celebrations. The baking time is short, producing cookies that hold their shape but remain tender.

These cookies work well as a cheerful treat for parties, dessert plates, or to add joyful color to baking assortments. The recipe is approachable, requiring only a few ingredients and straightforward mixing steps, making it convenient for bakers looking to add a playful cookie to holiday gatherings.
