Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk 240 milliliters
  • 1/2 cup rice milk sometimes labeled rice drink, 120 milliliters
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit juice 120 milliliters
  • 1/2 cup watermelon 80 grams, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple 80 grams, frozen chunks
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice 30 milliliters, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream 30 grams
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes 150-300 grams
  • 2-3 drops Food Coloring blue gel type

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the coconut milk, rice milk, passion fruit juice, watermelon, pineapple, lime juice, coconut cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Top with desired amount of ice and 2-3 drops blue food coloring. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
