  • 250 ml – 1 cup milk cold
  • 250 ml – 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 130 gms – 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp blue food colour

Notes

  • If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a container, put some cling wrap on the top (it has to actually be in contact with the ice cream) to seal it completely and then cover it with a lid. Whisk it every 45 minutes until ready. This should prevent crystallization.
