Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 125 g ground almonds
- 250 g butter
- icing sugar
Instructions
- Place flour in a large flat bowl. Make a whole with your hand in the middle and place there sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks. Mix all ingredients well.
- Cut butter into small pieces.
- Add butter and almonds to the mixture. Mix all ingredients well.
- Now your dough is ready! Let it rest in the fridge for 30min.
- Roll the dough into 2cm thick rolls. Cut the rolls into slices and form little crescents.
- Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle them with icing sugar when still warm.
- Let them cool down on a rack before serving.
