Gingerbread cider

This became an instant favorite in our house that we will be making again and again! We made a fresh batch of gingerbread cookies and it was perfect!

Ingredients
- ½ gallon 100% apple cider
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of cloves
Instructions
- Pour the apple cider into a large pot. Turn the stove on medium-low, but don’t allow it to get too hot.
- Stir in the sugar, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Heat and simmer the cider for about 20 minutes then serve!
