Large-Batch Goombay Punch, a festive party cocktail recipe that serves a crowd! Made with dark rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and lime!

Ingredients
- 14 cups pineapple juice 100%
- 2 bottles dark rum 750 ml each - I used Pusser's, Caribbean origin
- 1 bottle rum 750 ml - Cruzan, coconut flavored
- 2 cups lime juice fresh-squeezed
- 1 1/2 cups simple syrup
- 1 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau)
- 1/2 teaspoon bitters optional
- pineapple for garnish, fresh, sliced
Instructions
- If making the simple syrup from scratch, combine 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup water. Heat on the stovetop until the sugar dissolves. Cool completely.
- Pour all the ingredients into a large beverage dispenser. Stir well. Add sliced pineapples, and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve over ice.
