Instructions

  1. Prepare the spicy garlic sauce. In a small bowl mix together all of the spicy garlic sauce ingredients. Set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
  2. Prepare the tzatziki. Shred cucumber and place in fine mesh strainer over a bowl or plate. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the shredded cucumber to draw out water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze cucumbers to remove remaining water and discard the water. In a large bowl combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, drained cucumbers, and 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste). Stir until combined and set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
  3. Prepare the fries. If using store bought fries, cook them according to package directions in the oven or air fryer. If using homemade fries, prepare the fries.
  4. Serve. Placed the cooked fries onto serving plates. Dollop Tzatziki sauce over the fries. Drizzle the spicy Yogurt sauce over top. Top with crumbled Feta cheese.
  5. Optional: garnish with fresh Parsley and dill. Enjoy!

Notes

  • No Spice - if you prefer a non-spicy version, when making the spicy garlic mayonnaise you an omit the hot sauce and cayenne pepper and just make it as a garlic mayonnaise!
