Instructions
- Prepare the spicy garlic sauce. In a small bowl mix together all of the spicy garlic sauce ingredients. Set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Prepare the tzatziki. Shred cucumber and place in fine mesh strainer over a bowl or plate. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the shredded cucumber to draw out water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze cucumbers to remove remaining water and discard the water. In a large bowl combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, drained cucumbers, and 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste). Stir until combined and set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Prepare the fries. If using store bought fries, cook them according to package directions in the oven or air fryer. If using homemade fries, prepare the fries.
- Serve. Placed the cooked fries onto serving plates. Dollop Tzatziki sauce over the fries. Drizzle the spicy Yogurt sauce over top. Top with crumbled Feta cheese.
- Optional: garnish with fresh Parsley and dill. Enjoy!
Notes
- No Spice - if you prefer a non-spicy version, when making the spicy garlic mayonnaise you an omit the hot sauce and cayenne pepper and just make it as a garlic mayonnaise!
