Greek Tortellini Salad is one of our all time favorites! Tender cheese filled tortellini, crunchy peppers, crisp cucumbers and juicy tomatoes, topped with loads of cheese and tossed in a greek flavored dressing!

Ingredients
- 18 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini 1 package
- 1 ½ cups grape tomatoes halved
- 1 ½ cups sliced cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 4 ounces crumbled Feta cheese
- ⅓ cup diced red onion
- ⅓ cup pitted kalamata olives or black olives
- 1 cup Greek Salad Dressing more to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions and run under cold water.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
