Ingredients
- 8-10 oz fresh green beans
- 4 oz gouda shredded
- 1 can 8 oz Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Trim the edges of the green beans, and when the water comes to a boil, blanch the green bean for 1-2 minutes. Remove and put in ice water to stop the cooking. Remove to a dish towel or paper towels to dry.
- Preheat the oven to 375F. Unroll the crescent rolls. Place about 5-6 green beans across the center of each roll, then top with about a tablespoon of the grated cheese. Roll up the crescent rolls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
