Green Pasta

This easy Green Pasta is a tasty way to eat your greens! The sauce has avocados, peas and fresh green herbs. Ready in just 10 minutes with 8 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (350g) pasta (I used linguine)
  • 3 avocados peeled and stone removed
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen peas
  • ¼ cup (50ml) milk or soy milk
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 handful Fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to packaging instructions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, make the sauce by blending all remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce into a pan and heat on the stove. Toss the pasta in the sauce and serve!
