A quick recipe made with marinaded pork loin filet, bacon, pineapple, onions and peppers for an easy dinner that will be on the table in about 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- 2.5 pound Smithfield Applewood Bacon Loin Filet
- 2 bell peppers red, yellow or orange
- 1 large onion
- 8 ounces Bacon
- 1 pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat your grill.
- Take the Smithfield Applewood Bacon Loin Filet out of the package and cut into cubes 3/4 of an inch to an inch in size.
- Cut the bell peppers and onion into 1 inch pieces. Dice the bacon into 1 inch sections. Core and peel the pineapple and cut it into 1 inch cubes.
- Alternate the pork, bacon, peppers, onion and pineapple on skewers until all the pieces are used up.
- Grill the skewers on your grill for about 20 minutes until the pork is done, turning the skewers once halfway through the cooking time.
Notes
- Cooking time might vary depending on your grill. The pork should reach 145F and the bacon should look done.
- If you use wooden skewers you will need to soak them in water for 30 minutes before adding the ingredients to the skewers. Or just save time and use metal skewers!
