These Easy Ground Chicken Sloppy Joes are a family favorite! They're made with just a few pantry staples and come together in no more than 20 minutes. The perfect easy weeknight dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chili sauce or ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and onion. Cook breaking up the chicken as you stir until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chili sauce, brown sugar, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Optional: Toast each hamburger bun.
- Pile the ground chicken sloppy joes onto each bun and serve immediately.
