Guinness Chocolate Fudge is an easy treat for St. Patrick's Day made with easy but rich ingredients and ready to refrigerate in minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Guinness stout beer
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add foil to an 8x8-inch pan and spray lightly with vegetable oil spray.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl add the semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, and condensed milk.
- Microwave on 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the Guinness until smooth.
- Add the mixture to the pan and smooth evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
- Dust with cocoa powder before slicing into 2 x 2-inch pieces.
