This 3-ingredient Ham Gravy is a must for any Holiday dinner. Serving your Easter ham with this easy homemade gravy is unbeatable and uses ham drippings. It's truly the best gravy for ham!

Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 Cups ham drippings If you don’t have 2 cups of ham drippings, use as much ham drippings as you have and add chicken stock or ham stock
Instructions
- Melt the butter over medium low heat in a large saucepan.
- Stir in the flour and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Whisk in the ham dripping am mix until the flour is completely incorporated
- Increase the heat to medium and bring the gravy to a simmer.
- Simmer the gravy for 5-10 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the gravy with ham or your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
