Made with Greek yogurt instead of mayo, this healthy Caesar salad dressing is higher in protein and less rich than most. Still, it's creamy, tangy, and delicious. Try it on a Caesar salad, on a wrap, or as a dip.

- ⅓ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoons capers minced
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, capers, and several grinds of black pepper. Season to taste.
