Healthy Caesar Dressing

Made with Greek yogurt instead of mayo, this healthy Caesar salad dressing is higher in protein and less rich than most. Still, it's creamy, tangy, and delicious. Try it on a Caesar salad, on a wrap, or as a dip.

  • cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoons capers minced
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, capers, and several grinds of black pepper. Season to taste.
