  • 3 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener syrup
  • cup (4 oz/115 g) monk fruit sweetener syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup (2 oz/57 g) coconut flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • To make this bread vegan replace the eggs with flax or chia eggs
