These herb marinated grilled pork chops are a simple grilling recipe great for weeknights. They are marinated in fresh herbs and garlic and grilled to juicy perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 thick-cut pork chops boneless or bone-in
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced or grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary minced

Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season each side with kosher salt and black pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients (olive oil, garlic, parsley, and sage) and whisk together.
- Drizzle over the pork chops and then rub into the meat. Transfer to an airtight container and place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. The grill temperature should reach 400 degrees F before you put the pork chops on.
- Grill the pork chops on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until they register 145 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer. Make sure to flip the pork chops half-way through cooking.
- To store, keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
