Ingredients
- 1 cups water
- 1 cup honey or granulated sugar
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
Instructions
- Bring the water and honey (or sugar) to a boil over high heat. Remove the pot from the heat, add the hibiscus flowers, and stir well. Let it steep until it's cool - at least 30 minutes.
- Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve.
