  • 4 x grilling steaks approx. 6 oz each, 1/2" thick
  • 4 tbsp steak seasoning Barberian's preferred
  • 4 x russet or other baking potato scrubbed clean
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 ears of corn husks removed
  • 3-4 Serrano chile peppers
  • 1 bunch of small tomatoes on the vine such as cherry
  • 1 bunch of cilantro leaves and tender stems chopped
  • 100 grams feta goat's preferred
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 x lime zest and juice
  • kosher salt and pepper
