Ingredients
- 4 x grilling steaks approx. 6 oz each, 1/2" thick
- 4 tbsp steak seasoning Barberian's preferred
- 4 x russet or other baking potato scrubbed clean
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 ears of corn husks removed
- 3-4 Serrano chile peppers
- 1 bunch of small tomatoes on the vine such as cherry
- 1 bunch of cilantro leaves and tender stems chopped
- 100 grams feta goat's preferred
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 x lime zest and juice
- kosher salt and pepper
