Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

Rich, creamy, and tangy, this homemade blue cheese dressing is the ultimate topper for your favorite salad or dip for chicken wings!

Ingredients
- 3-4 ounces blue cheese crumbled into small pieces
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar - to taste!
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder - to taste!
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce to taste if desired
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, mayo and vinegar. Add the sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add the Worcestershire sauce to taste if desired.
- Mix in the blue cheese crumbles, then cover.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before using for the best results. Mix, and serve.
- Keep refrigerated in a sealed container for up to a week, any longer and the ingredients will separate or get watery.
Notes
- This recipe is one that you have to adjust to your own personal preferences! Adjust the spices and the amount of blue cheese to your liking!
- Try a dash of Worcestershire sauce in this if you want!
