Healthy Caesar dressing is creamy, sharp, tangy, and made without raw eggs and anchovies.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2% or whole milk Greek yogurt are best
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
