Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander optional, but I love it
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add spices to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Store in an airtight spice jar for up to 6 months.

- Use fresh spices for the best flavor and longest-lasting spice blend. Go easy on the seasoning. Start with less than you think you need and add more to taste. Feel free to add a teaspoon more or less of herbs or spices to your taste. This makes an awesome spice rub and works great on chicken, pork, and shrimp.
