This No Bake Twix Cheesecake combines the rich flavors of caramel, chocolate, and crunchy cookie crust with a creamy cheesecake filling. It's a perfect dessert for any occasion, and no oven is required!

Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup chocolate sauce
For the Topping:
- 4 Twix bars, chopped
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup chocolate sauce

Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, pressing it down firmly to form an even layer.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Divide the cheesecake filling into two equal parts. In one part, fold in the caramel sauce, and in the other part, fold in the chocolate sauce.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Spoon the caramel cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and spread it out evenly.
- Spoon the chocolate cheesecake filling over the caramel layer and spread it out evenly.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill the Cheesecake:
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
Add the Topping:
- Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving platter.
- Arrange the chopped Twix bars on top of the cheesecake.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce and chocolate sauce over the Twix topping.
