  • ¼ teaspoon salt fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • hot sauce optional, a couple dashes
  • 1 tablespoon chives optional, chopped fresh

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute whole milk if buttermilk is not available, keeping in mind the dressing may be less tangy.
