How to Make Homemade Cocktail Sauce

You can have this cocktail sauce ready in 5 minutes with ingredients you already have in your refrigerator!

Ingredients
Cocktail Sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish (or less to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- dash Tabasco sauce to taste
Garlic Shrimp Shrimp Cocktail
- 1 lb Shrimp extra large or jumbo
- 3 large clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Cocktail Sauce
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill at least 1 hour.
Garlic Shrimp Shrimp Cocktail
- Peel and clean shrimp.
- Crush garlic and mince finely.
- Heat pan over medium high heat.
- Toss shrimp with olive oil and garlic.
- Add to pan and saute a couple minutes per side until pink.
- Remove from heat. Serve either hot or cold, with cocktail sauce.

- This cocktail sauce will last at least 2 weeks, stored in a air tight container, in the refrigerator.
- Great way to use up your condiments and to save a ton of money!
- You can adjust the lemon and the horseradish to your palette. Add more, or less, as you like.
- Goes well with any fish and seafood!
