  • 2 cups hot coffee
  • 3 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or to taste

For the whipped cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  1. Brew fresh hot coffee.
  2. While the coffee is brewing, prepare your glass by warming it with hot water and lightly whip your cream with the sugar until it is a smooth and pourable texture.
  3. Empty the warm water from the glass and add the brown sugar.
  4. Add the Irish whiskey to the glass and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
