- 1 packet Indomie noodles or Instant ramen
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 green onion whites/shallot thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 sprig green onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- Thinly slice the green onion whites and mince the garlic.
- Combine the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl and set aside.
- Cook the noodles as per the package instructions or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil on low heat and sauté the green onion whites and garlic until fragrant.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer for a couple of seconds.
