How to reheat rice. Today, we are going to show you a quick way to reheat rice in the air fryer. Ideal for leftover Chinese food, when you made more rice than you needed, chicken fried rice ready meals or egg fried rice you have in the freezer.

Ingredients:
- 500 g Pack Frozen Chicken Fried Rice
- extra virgin olive oil spray
Instructions
- Remove the packaging from the Chinese fried rice and place the solid piece of frozen rice into an air fryer pan.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 160c/320f. Stir, add extra virgin olive oil spray and then air fry for a further 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Serve.
Notes
- Variations. In our example of reheating fried rice we have used Iceland’s frozen Chinese takeout boxes of chicken fried rice. You can mix it up with similar ready meals or use your own frozen rice.
- Oil. The oil is important as it stops the rice from going dry and gives a texture similar to restaurant quality egg fried rice.
