- 1 leftover rotisserie chicken

- Cosori Air Fryer
- Thermometer
Instructions
- Place your cold rotisserie chicken in the air fryer and make sure it is breast side up and not touching the top of the air fryer.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 160c/360f.
- Check that is cooked with a thermometer and reading 75c/165f before serving.
Notes
- Size. We tested with a medium rotisserie chicken and a large rotisserie chicken. We found that a large needed 40 minutes and a medium was done in 30 minutes.
- Dry. Don’t be tempted to increase the temperature. If you do, then you are likely to have a very dry chicken.
