Iced Lavender Blueberry Jasmine Tea
Description
The recipe involves blending jasmine tea with fresh blueberries and ice until the berries are fully macerated into the tea, delivering a naturally fruity flavor and a light violet hue. Adding lavender syrup at serving provides gentle herbal sweetness and aromatic depth, though simple syrup can be used instead. The drink relies on the subtle fragrance of jasmine tea and the tartness of blueberries for balance.
This beverage is best served chilled immediately to preserve its fresh taste and vivid color. Its preparation is straightforward and well suited for hot days when a light, floral iced drink is desirable. It pairs well with light snacks or desserts drawing on floral or berry flavors.
