This Ina Garten Greek Salad is a healthy and delicious salad. This Barefoot Contessa copycat recipe is loaded with flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 1 cucumber peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
- ½ red onion sliced
- ½ Pound feta cheese diced into ½ inch pieces
- ½ cup kalamata olives pitted
For the Dressing:
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Place all the dressing ingredients in a sealed bowl or jar. Shake until thoroughly combined.
- Gently mix together the salad ingredients (except for the cheese) in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the dressing on top. Gently toss to coat the ingredients in the dressing mixture.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Serve immediately at room temperature and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
