                                Ingredients
- 3 cups bread crumbs
 - 2 tablespoons garlic granules
 - 2 tablespoons onion granules
 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon coarse salt
 - 2 tablespoons dry parsley
 - 1 cup finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano
 
Instructions
- Place the bread crumbs in a medium-sized bowl.
 - Stir in the onion granules, garlic granules, parsley, salt, pepper, and cheese until combined.
 - Store them or use them.
 
Notes
- Make-Ahead: You can make this up to several weeks before using.
 - How to Store: Cover with an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. These will freeze well for up to 1 year.
 - If you’re making your own bread crumbs, any bread can be used.
