Jalapeno Grilled Cheese Rollups

Grilled Cheese Rollups are a delicious snack for the kids after school!

Ingredients
- 4-6 lices Dempster's Honey Wheat Bread
- 4-6 lices cheese
- 1 tablespoon canned jalapeno's
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Remove crusts from bread slices & using a rolling pin, roll them flat.
- Place a cheese slice on top of each piece of bread.
- Sprinkle with desired amount of jalapeno’s.
- Roll up the bread tightly, pinching the seam together.
- Fry in a hot skillet with butter, seam side down first to seal.
- Fry all sides until golden brown, remove and serve.
Notes
- Drop the jalapeno if you want it less spicy.
