Ingredients
- 7 ounces sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 7 ounces sugar-free milk chocolate chips
- 5-6 Keto Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Instructions
- Add the sugar-free milk chocolate chips to a small microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
- Remove and stir, then microwave in 10 second increments until all the chips have melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over a small baking sheet lined with a Silpat or parchment paper. Spread using an offset spatula.
- Place in then fridge for a few minutes, allowing the chocolate to set up.
- Chop the chocolate sandwich cookies into small pieces and have them ready. You made need a little more or less, it will all depend on how thick or thin you spread out your chocolate.
- Add the sugar-free white chocolate chips to another small microwave safe bowl and repeat the melting process.
- Allow the white chocolate to cool, but not become solid. Then pour over the top of the milk chocolate and spread evenly over the top. Quickly sprinkle the crushed cookies over the top of the white chocolate layer. You have to work quickly, before the chocolate sets.
- Place the bark back in the fridge until it has completely set. Then break it apart in randomly sized pieces and enjoy.
