Easy 3 ingredient rocky road chocolate bark with marshmallows and pretzels.

Ingredients
- 40 g salted pretzels (1.4oz)
- 50 g mini marshmallows (1.7oz)
- 300 g milk chocolate (10.5oz)
Instructions
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Crush the pretzels into medium-sized pieces and add them to a large bowl along with the marshmallows. You can set a few aside for the topping if you like.
- Melt the chocolate and add it to the bowl. Mix well until the pretzels and marshmallows are evenly covered in the chocolate.
- Transfer the mixture to your lined tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. Top with leftover pretzels and marshmallows.
- Place the bark in the fridge for around 2 hours, or until the chocolate is fully set. Then break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge. This will last for a few days with pretzels on top, or up to 3 weeks without any toppings.
