Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 large hard-boiled egg chopped
- 8 lice cooked bacon crumbled
- ½ medium avocado sliced
- ½ cup blue cheese
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine well.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, sliced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese.
