Ingredients

  • 6 egg large
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped fresh
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool.
  3. Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, and chives.
  5. Add the chopped eggs to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
