This rich and creamy Keto Hot Chocolate is a quick and easy recipe that recreates a velvety smooth and chocolatey beverage.

Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup sugar-free semi sweet chocolate chips
- ⅓-1/2 cup monk fruit/allulose
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the almond milk and heavy cream into a saucepan, whisk and turn to medium low heat.
- Once the mixture just starts to simmer, add in the sweetener and cocoa powder, then whisk.
- Add in the chocolate chips, whisking constantly, continue to simmer until they have fully melted.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.
- Pour into your serving glasses and top with the (optional) whip cream. You can also garnish with some grated chocolate.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for a few days.
Notes
- If you can't find unsweetened almond milk, you can use unsweetened coconut milk, or vanilla almond milk or even a combination of both.
- I prefer my hot chocolate on the sweeter side, so I used ½ cup of the sweetener. If you like your're a little less sweet, use ⅓ cup instead.
- If you can't find sugar-free semi sweet chocolate chips, you can use sugar-free milk chocolate chips, just be sure to reduce the sweetener slightly.
