- 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
- Put the chilled brewed coffee, almond milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, liquid stevia, and xanthan gum into the blender. Pulse until combined well.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender and pulse until combined well.
