Ingredients
- ½ cup canned coconut milk
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ medium avocado
- 2 tablespoon fresh mint plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoon hemp hearts
- sea salt to taste
- 1 cup Ice cubes as needed
- 28 gram pea protein
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients. Shake the coconut milk very well.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender (except the hemp hearts). Blend until smooth.
- Add the hemp hearts and blend until smooth or until you achieve the consistency you prefer.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with extra mint leaves, and enjoy!
