Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups flour all purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Christmas M & M's
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pretzels chopped
- 1/2 cup potato chips crushed
- 2 tablespoon red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, both sugar, vanilla, and until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients slowly, folding the mixture together until just combined.
- Fold in the M & M's. white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles.
- Using a medium cookie dough scoop, scoop the dough and place onto the prepared baking sheets about 2-3 inches apart.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 11-12 minutes, or until just starting to get golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from trays and enjoying!
