  • 24 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter , softened
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 6 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla to a stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar one cup at a time until smooth and incorporated.
