Ingredients
Crab Cakes
- 1 pound crabmeat blue crab
- 1 tablespoon red bell pepper small diced
- 1 tablespoon green bell pepper small diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves fresh, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise low fat
- 2 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons crab seasoning recommended: Old Bay, Maryland-style
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Mustard Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise low fat
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon lemon juice fresh
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Makes 18 one cake servings.Each crab cake is 1 WW point. The sauce is 2 WW points per teaspoon.
