Ingredients

Crab Cakes

  • 1 pound crabmeat blue crab
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper small diced
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper small diced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise low fat
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons crab seasoning recommended: Old Bay, Maryland-style
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Mustard Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise low fat
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice fresh
  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Makes 18 one cake servings.Each crab cake is 1 WW point. The sauce is 2 WW points per teaspoon.
