Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 4 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp. ginger
- ½ tsp. cardamom
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tart shells Recipe Here
Instructions
- Add meat and spices to a pan over high heat. Once slightly cooked, remove from heat and add egg and lemon zest.
- Spoon mixture into pie shells and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and serve!
