This Lychee Martini is the perfect cocktail for a girls night, a bachelorette party or even a baby reveal! You could add a little food colouring to tinge this delicate heavenly sweet cocktail baby pink or baby blue! The subtropical taste of lychees sing through in this delectable mix of lychee, vodka and lemon. Sweet but not cloying these Lychee Martinis are simple to make and delicious to drink.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl.oz lychee liqueur
- 3 fl.oz vodka
- 2 fl.oz lychee syrup See note 1
- 1-2 teaspoon lemon juice (depending on how sweet you like your cocktails)
Instructions
- Measure everything into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake well for 20 seconds.
- Pour through a strainer and serve garnished with a lychee.
Notes
- I use the syrup drained from a tin of lychees.
