- 1/2 cup banana, sliced and frozen (75 grams)
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 coops Naked Nutrition Collagen Peptides Protein Powder (15 grams)
Coconut Smoothie Layer
- 1 cup light coconut milk, frozen into cubes
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1 1/2 coops Naked Nutrition Collagen Peptides Protein Powder (15 grams)
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 90 mg pure Stevia
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for the coconut smoothie layer to a blender and blend until smooth. Remove from blender to a glass or bowl and set aside.
- Add all ingredients for the mango smoothie layer to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Layer the mango and coconut smoothie layers in a glass and serve immediately.
