Spicy, salty and sweet roasted mixed nuts with warm and aromatic spices

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 cup cashews
- 3½ tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepepr
- 1 teaspoon aamchur
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoons sugar

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all the spices to a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and oil and mix well. Add all the nuts and mix well coating the nuts evenly with the spices.
- Spread the nuts on the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 300 F for 20 minutes stirring the nuts every 5 to 7 minutes.
- Allow the nuts to completely cool before storing in an air tight container.
Air Fryer Masala Nuts
- Add the nuts coated with spices to the air fryer and air fry at 300 F for 8 to 10 minutes shaking the basket halfway through. Tip: Air fry in two batches so the nuts are not overcrowded.
