Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Ground
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary Dried
- 2 Tablespoon paprika powder or Cayenne, *see Notes
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Ground
- 1½ Teaspoon Marjoram Dried alternative is oregano
Instructions
- Keep ground spices and dried herbs ready.
- Take the dried herbs and spices, measure them, and then transfer them into a small mixing bowl or a spice jar.
- If you add them into a spice jar, close with a lid and shake to combine the ranch seasoning. For the mixing bowl, just stir them together.
- Use your ranch seasoning in your cooking or save it for later.
Notes
- You have the option of using paprika powder or cayenne pepper. Cayenne is spicy and paprika is not. But paprika comes in three versions, sweet paprika, smoked paprika and hot paprika. For this recipe, I recommend using half the quantity of smoked and half the quantity of sweet paprika for the best result. But you are free to experiment with paprika varieties.
- If you can't get marjoram, use oregano, but marjoram is better suited for this recipe than oregano.
