This Everything Bagel Seasoning recipe is nutty, crunchy, garlicky, and simply delicious. It’s the simplest of things to throw together - six ingredients and five minutes - and the flavor is irresistible.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 Tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 Tablespoons dried minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt or coarse sea salt

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
- Stir to combine.
Notes
- Store seasoning mix in an airtight container, or jar, for up to 6 months.
- Make sure to use DRIED minced onion and garlic found in the spice aisle (not freshly minced).
- Do not use table salt. Use a coarse kosher salt or sea salt.
- Black sesame seeds can often be found in Asian food aisle. Or, you may find "tuxedo" sesame seeds, which is a blend of white and black together (you'll need a total of 3 Tablespoons).
- Use on Bagels: brush plain bagel with water then sprinkle seasoning on the bagel.
- More uses: Season butter/cream cheese with bagel seasoning mix. Sprinkle on eggs, avocado toast. Sprinkle over popcorn, hummus, and meats.
